Amber (sky) Dhara (earth) is the brand new concept from Vijay Bist. Here his long time dream of opening a Indian restaurant in downtown Palo Alto comes true. The vision for this restaurant is to do seasonal, regional, sustainable and unique menu paired with an extensive wine and cocktail list and friendly service. Chef Vitaal researched and compiled a contemporary menu which has a fresh look whilst using the traditional recipes; the age old recipes are followed to the core using layers of spices with nouvelle cooking techniques.
