The Orbit: A 4 Week Series
Wednesdays, March 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th from 12:00-1:00

This 4 week lunch time class is a fun way to build strength while re-educating the body to move with grace and coordination. The Orbit is a brand new tool that builds core strength, stability, balance, and whole body awareness. This apparatus is super fun and super circular. The Orbit is a simple yet extremely effective addition to your Pilates personal training practice. It is a fun workout that leaves you feeling challenged, refreshed, and inspired!
The Orbit is based on Pilates concepts which focuses on engaging whole body core to create exercises that stimulate not just our physical bodies, but our mind and spirit was well. Every exercise is performed with attention to the breath, proper form, correct alignment, and balanced muscle control in order to decrease pain, increase vitality, and optimize physical performance
