Keenly aware of how the purchase or sale of real estate is both a business decision as well as a personal one, Clara brings with her a background in finance and human resources. A resident of Silicon Valley and the Bay Area for more than 20 years, she is a second generation real estate professional. Her mother, Catherine Dong, created the legacy of excellence in real estate consulting by having founded a real estate firm in the Northwest, lending Clara the gift of having been brought up in a real estate-savvy environment.  Clara is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas where she received dual degrees in Business Administration (majoring in Finance) and Mathematics.  Real estate has allowed her to bring together her two loves...numbers and helping people!

Clara’s connection to the “heart” of Silicon Valley includes her expertise on the various school systems and communities of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties not only as a realtor but also as a parent.

Clara is a member of the National Association of Realtors®, the California Association of Realtors®, the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors®, the Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce and the Palo Alto Business Referral Network (BRN).  She has earned membership into Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society, awarded to the top 7% of CB Residential Brokerage sales associates worldwide. Clara is a regular supporter of the Palo Alto Partners in Education (PiE) Foundation and Habitat for Humanity.  In 2010, she is serving as Office Champion for Coldwell Banker Northern California's "Homes and Hope" fundraiser for the Palo Alto Midtown office. 

 

Together with her husband, Daniel Lee, she also serves on the church leadership team at Bridgeway Church of Silicon Valley in Palo Alto.
