Fitopia’s wellness approach to fitness

Prior to starting your fitness program, we will asses your biomechanics, cardiovascular health and posture. This will help us to establish personal fitness goals for the short and long term.
Then your trainer will work with you to create a workout plan tailored to your individual needs and goals. You will receive intensive and on-going training, a progressive fitness program and positive encouragement and motivation throughout your training sessions. You will also receive an optimally structured at-home program to complement your training sessions.

Personal training benefits anyone, from the person who has never worked out to the professional athlete. All programs are available in private and small group training sessions (2-6 guests for optimal training focus.)

There are a number of wonderful classes available through out the year: boot camp, adult fitness, flexibility, my first 5k/10k, pure strength, sports performance, yoga fundamentals, snow ready, beginner floor Pilates and much more.
