Garden Fresh is at the top of my list for dining in Palo Alto. Alice, the owner, is so friendly and welcoming, the dishes are perfectly seasoned and well portioned and their selection of vegan desserts is my two year old son's favorite part of the meal. Try the Black Pepper Veggie Chicken. You won't be disappointed.

If you have not eaten here you are missing out! I am not even vegan and went here recently with some vegan friends and I was blown away. The quality of food and service was amazing. No way I could tell the dishes I was eating was "vegan". They certainly fooled me. I look forward to another meal here when I can try some of the additional choices they offer.

Went to Garden Fresh with a friend of mine yesterday for lunch. I am not vegan but the food was amazing. I had the "Beef" and Broccoli dish and it was great. Spicy but not too spicy....just how I like it. The woman who seated and served us was super nice and the price is very reasonable. I would give Garden Fresh a try even if you are not vegan.

Best Chinese vegan restaurant I've ever been to. The owner Alice is such a sweet person - she remembers you, what you like to order and always takes time to ask how you're doing. The menu is massive - they've got just about anything you could imagine - and the portions are very generous. The food is tasty - maybe a little on the greasy side (not that I'm complaining) - and the chocolate cake is awesome. It's across the street from a municipal parking lot, so there's plenty of parking. I go to Garden Fresh every chance I get and highly recommend it to both vegans and omnivores alike.
