Mary has been booking trips for us for over 5 years now. We absolutely LOVE working with her!!! She has booked several WDW trips and a cruise for us. We are never disappointed with the results. She aims to please and is always very helpful with any questions or concerns we have had in the past. Mary always responds with her emails in a very timely manner and is always pleasant. She has lengthy knowledge and is very professional. Our favorite TA by far! Currently, we are working with her again towards another vacation and will continue to do so time and time again!

Mary helped us plan our most recent visit to Walt Disney World, and it was fantastic! Mary helped us start to finish, and we had a wonderful vacation. I had a really complicated trip in which my teenage son was to fly alone to Colorado, meet my sister, and after a few days of vacation there, fly with her and her kids to Cincinnati. I was go from Cleveland to Cincinnati and from there fly home with my son. We wanted to minimize plane changes and stopovers for him but it was to a small airport and we had to work within a tight schedule. It was hard even to describe what we wanted to do, and I would never have figured out the flight and schedule Mary came up with. It required a knowledge of airline routes and schedules that few infrequent travelers have! It was amazing! Thank you, Mary! A separate trip involved a last-minute trip to Palm Springs for Thanksgiving with extended family from LA. We needed a place that would be fun for a family of 6, with four kids under the age of 10, but also for grandparents and a teenager. And Thanksgiving dinner. Mary came through the week before Thanksgiving on spacious and affordable accommodations as well as a family-friendly restaurant with great food! Cheers!

My mom treated our whole family to a Disney cruise to Alaska this summer. She wanted to go with her personal travel agent, and since she was paying, I didn't argue with her! It turns out that Mary still helped us with numerous issues with our cruise without charging us anything. Mary planned our son and daughter-in-law's honeymoon to Greece and Italy and it was truly a pleasure to work with her! Mary arranged our last trip down to the land of Mouse. I knew exactly what I wanted, but didn't know how to do it, or have time to figure it out. Enter Mary...Wow. She nailed it. Found us accommodations that fit us to a T. She also gave us lots of travel and eating recommendations. The icing on the cake was her "how to attack the park" document. Tips from where to enter the park, what to avoid and how to work Fast Pass. She even responded to text message questions I had while in the park. Talk about customer service. You rock girl! We had a great time! Next time we are on the go Mary will get the call.

I have used Mary Kraemer's services to arrange travel for two trips recently. Mary helped me set up a group travel trip with a scout group to Florida, finding both a great airfare and excellent ground transportation in Florida for our group of 12.
