At Massage Therapy Center Palo Alto, we know the power of therapeutic touch to increase vitality, health, and wholeness. We affirm that massage releases, relaxes, and realigns our bodies and our minds by supporting inherent body wisdom. Through a wide variety of bodywork techniques, and with listening hands and deep presence, we provide a safe, healing environment for renewal of body, mind, and energy.

Our skilled therapists facilitate deep, long-lasting results, peeling away layers of stress, restoring mobility to injured muscle tissue, easing stiffened joints and hot spots of pain. Our therapeutic massage and bodywork revitalizes soft tissues, blood flow, bones, muscles, ligaments, and fascia.

We have between 20–25 experienced therapists who are professionally trained and certified in a broad range of clinical bodywork modalities. Each is licensed by the State of California. And each is personally selected by our founder-owner, who has an extensive background as a therapist and teacher of bodywork.

In addition to therapeutic massage, we also offer Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine.

Massage and bodywork clients enjoy access to our complimentary private sauna, showers, and can relax with a cup of tea in our peaceful Japanesque reception area.
