Kick up your workout with TRX. 

Offered on Mondays at 7:00pm and Wednesdays at 6:00pm 

For beginners, we offer TRX I on Mondays and Fridays at 6:00pm, Tuesdays at 6:30pm

For advanced classes, we offer TRX III and IV on Wednesdays at 7:00pm

TRX I & II

Learn the fundamentals of TRX. This total body workout will prepare your body and awaken muscles you never thought you had. Don’t let the level one moniker fool you. This class is still quite challenging. TRX TWO Now it’s time to take flight and try out those new wings. At this stage, you’ll learn more intermediate to advance TRX exercises that will improve your strength and increase your stamina. The pace is a little bit faster so try to keep up. Please arrive on time or spot may be given away.

 TRX II & III

At this stage, you’ll learn more intermediate to advance TRX exercises that will improve your strength and increase your stamina. The pace is a little bit faster so try to keep up. TRX THREE Show us what you got! This is where we really fly and soar to new heights. This fast pace and intense TRX work mixes TRX and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. Prepare to sweat! Please arrive on time or spot may be given away.

TRX III & IV

This is a fast paced and intense TRX work that mixes TRX and cardio drills. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. Prepare to sweat! TRX FOUR Now let’s really spread those wings. We’re upping it another notch and putting you through the pace. This is the kitchen sink of all TRX training. We’ll incorporate weights, kettlebells, ropes, plyometrics, whatever we could think of. Are you ready? Please arrive on time or spot may be given away.
