Pilates Reformer Workout


Description

This class targets torso stability and postural alignment using Reformers, Trapeze Tables (Cadillac), Wunda Chairs, weighted balls, circles and balance tools. The nature of the Pilates equipment is to both challenge and support the body for more efficient movements.

Mondays at 4:30pm

Tuesdays at 6:00pm

Thursdays at 5:30pm
