I found this dental office through my insurance, and I'm so glad that I did. Usually, if I don't like something about a new dental office, I'll just keep searching. I usually go to places that have the word "gentle" in their name, but Palo Alto Dental Care really handles you with kid gloves. I was impressed that they make everything so easy, don't overcharge you or tell you that you need something expensive done just to get extra business. That's what happened at my last place, and I ran for the hills. I got a second opinion who disagreed. Not good! This place is friendly, and I am delighted to return.
