About Us
It goes without saying: we love photography!
Picture framing should be fun and easy; reasonably priced and fast.
We've made it that way by creating a system of standardized mats and
frames that can be interchanged to create a variety of design options.
We call this approach "modular picture framing." Most frames are
pre-built and ready to take home, saving you time and money.
Photography & art framed in wide mats is elegant and sophisticated.
We believe in the simplicity and neutrality of white, cream, and black
mats, pre-cut, and available in hundreds of shapes and sizes. Our
exhibition-grade images are provided by local photographers and
agencies, representing photographers from around the world.
You are the most important person in our stores.
You're the reason we're here. You're the purpose for our work, not an
interruption of it. We'll collaborate with you, listen to your ideas,
and share our own. We want you to leave happy.
Our prices are much less than most "custom" frame shops.
Ssshhhh, don't tell them, but we use the exact same materials, however
we decided to pre-build the frames and pre-cut the mats. That saves us
time and labor, and saves you money (and if you need a custom size
frame, we'll build it for you in about 14 days).
Don't worry, you don't have to keep it if you don't like it.
What a relief, no pressure to make the right choice the first time. If
you're not totally happy with the way your piece looks, just tell us,
and we'll change it – even if you prefer a different frame. We're not
happy until you're happy.
Our mats aren't "green", but it's still one of our favorite colors.
Our wood frames and paper mats come from trees, so we're extra careful
to avoid waste, and we always recycle. We donate mis-cut & damaged
mats to art departments at local schools, and try to re-use raw
materials whenever possible.
We always want to learn.
Feedback helps us improve our service and products. We promote an
environment predicated on honest communication and the sharing of
ideas. Every employee's and customer's feedback is important. Please
call or email us to share your thoughts!
