Welcome to Su Hong Eatery in Palo Alto!

I care about every customer and every dish we prepare, and will do everything possible to meet your needs. As the original chef and creator of all the recipes, I hope to have the opportunity to serve you some delicious Chinese food soon!

Su Hong has been a local favorite Chinese restaurant since 1977 when I opened the first Su Hong in Menlo Park.

In 1987, Su Hong Palo Alto opened with many of the same menu items and recipes from the Menlo Park restaurant. Su Hong Palo Alto became a separate entity in 1995 and the menu began to diverge from Su Hong Menlo Park with the inclusion of authentic Shanghai and Szechwan menu items.

Su Hong Eatery moved to our new location at 4256 El Camino Real in Palo Alto in 2010.  Our new location offers a fine dining experience along with an extensive menu that includes the unique ability to order small or large portions of your favorite dishes. In addition, our new location offers take out, local delivery, full bar, ample parking, banquet room, and catering services.
