The 3rd Door is you place for Fitness Food and Friends. 100% of our profits benefit the Women's Achievement Network and Development Alliance (WANDA, wandasiliconvalley.org) a nonprofit committed to increasing the economic self-sufficiency of single moms in San Mateo County.

To fortify the body we offer a luxurious training facility and premiere fitness experts.  We provide a diverse range of fitness classes and restorative therapies along with personal training.

Our cafe, open for coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner features whole foods that are nutritionally dense and delicious. Our wine list features over 35 distinct selections carefully chosen by one of California's Master Sommeliers. Our beers are sourced from artisan breweries specializing in rich full flavors.

We take community building seriously and view it as a means to increase social awareness and individual well being.  We provide a forum for discussing social and civic issues and we offer several activities that challenge the mind. 

Our retail boutique offers fitness apparel as well as unique accessories and jewelry.
