From the basics of around-the-waist hula-hooping, to movements and tricks that work the entire body, hoopdance is an incredibly fun and irresistible way to get moving, get fit, and get happy. Join Julia every Monday and Wednesday at 7:30 pm starting August 24th. Hoops will be provided.
